The new Expert Page builds trust by clearly guiding seekers from understanding an expert’s background to engaging in conversation, reducing uncertainty around human and AI collaboration.
Enhanced featured content turns the page into an expert “homepage,” visually showcasing credibility and work to increase transparency and engagement.

I learned that in AI-driven interactions, providing immediate context and visual credibility is essential for transforming user uncertainty into trust and active engagement.

Clarity builds trust- Seekers feel uncertain about who or what they’re interacting with.
Without clear cues or structure, they lose confidence — just like when AI responses feel unpredictable.Guidance Reduces Frustration When users know what to expect and how to start to interact, their experience improves.
A clear onboarding and better chat flow can turn confusion into curiosity and engagement.Context Encourages Comfort Seekers want a safe, private space — but they also need context to feel guided.
Providing visual or conversational cues helps them feel supported rather than stuck.
